They appear to possess zero understanding of how to steer a company toward success. In fact, their strategies seem to be pulled straight from a manual on how to run an organization into the ground. They are more interested in personal power plays and office politics than fostering a healthy and productive work environment... 2. Moving on to the physical workspace, prepare yourself for a new level of discomfort. The office infrastructure is outdated, resembling a relic from the Stone Age. The equipment is ancient, and don't even get me started on the abominable coffee machines that dispense a liquid resembling nothing close to coffee. The entire place is poorly maintained, with broken chairs, flickering lights, and leaky ceilings adding to the general sense of despair... 3. Work-life balance? Non-existent. APEXON seems to think that employees should dedicate their entire lives to serving the company's twisted agenda. Overtime is a mandatory expectation, and those who refuse are treated as outcasts and labeled as "not committed enough." I have witnessed colleagues pushed to the brink of physical and mental exhaustion, all in the name of corporate exploitation. 4. Now, let's talk about compensation. APEXON excels at one thing, and that's finding innovative ways to underpay its employees. Bonuses? Forget about it. Promised benefits are nothing but empty promises, and the health insurance provided is practically worthless... 5. Professional growth? A pipe dream. Apexon is an organization that thrives on stifling talent and suppressing creativity. There are no opportunities for skill development, no training programs, and certainly no encouragement for employees to enhance their abilities. The company's management seems to prefer a stagnant, mediocre workforce that can be easily controlled. 6. everything depends on the project. If the client and the project are good, then nothing other matters. You will get everything you want.

But if you dont get a good client project, everything is going to be difficult. Also, you would be a probable candidate for lay off if things are going out of hand regarding project. If you are not on project, then dude start looking for something for you. You never know when your accesses would be taken away.

Don't join or even I would suggest not to apply or give interview to this pathetic company. I have cleared all my 4 rounds of interview including HR out of which 3 technical and 1 HR. 3 held on video conferencing and one face to face for which I have travelled almost 40 kms from my current location and they said without face to facethey cannot proceed hence I had no option left but to travel, then when I entered into the office again put a laptop infront of me which is again video conferencing then I didn't understand why exactly they called me if they want to have it over video online. Then after putting my lot of time and efforts when finally it comes to release the offer, then they stop picking up the calls and stop responding and the final excuses which I got from them for not releasing the offer is that their software will not allow them to release any offer which is more that 2 days of joining. Such a pathetic company who even don't know that atleast if you are not releasing the offer, it's your duty to atleast tell the person that either they are not able to provide the compensation as discussed or they are looking parallelly for someone who can settle in less compensation. Due to all this I have wasted almost my 3-4 weeks of time expecting that I will receive the offer, and didn't focus on other organisations which was ready to provide slightly lower than this. Hence it's a total scam which is going here suggesting not to get trapped otherwise you will not only waste your time but also other good opportunities as well. Almost completing 3 years. Lot of name change to the company. Was feeling the transition phase one year. Again entity change. Document submission etc etc. But happy everything done online and videos are shared if weiss any meeting
