1. Salary on time to apex as well as 3rd party pay roll employees 2. 1 casual leaves to each employees inna month either she/he is confirmed or probation except 00 month joining employees. 3. WFH opportunity provide in case any emergency. 4. Sim provided to each employees if not then they give reacharge amount of Rs199 along with salary 5. Director name Mrs Meenu Srivastava Mam who always support to each employees, if he/she dnt perform well but harworking person then she give chances to them 6. Owner name Mr Rajat Srivastava Sir who is humble polite person. His talking tone is veey polite, he generally use aap word if he talk with any employees 7. People bother to their ownself यहा किसी तरह की मतरगस्ती नही होती केवल काम से मतलब रहता है लोगो को 8. 15 to 17 days festival holiday, even for small festival also like new year day, shivratri and good friday. 1. Salary growth is not upto the mark thats why few employees dnt wnt to work for than 2-3yrs 2. They dnt like that employees should talk with new joinee employees if their boss saw then they complain which I dnt like it kher in each organisation pros and cons are always there even in worse company also u will find few positive things even in best organisation also u will find few negative things
