Team work, good cab facility

No work life balance every day we work for 12-13 hours with no shif allowance and less salary. Manager keep on giving tasks and work pressure is heavy.no work life balance,no recognition,no growth. Office also not so clean and good. I didn't like the work culture over here.

They dont have anaylatic skill to hire right person for the right place.. It's a small org.. simply running..they don't have objective to grow further at a time. Most of the upper management thinks that they got hired and they will be working like a govt employee and get salaried on 27th of every month. they dont value their own employee who is proficient in the process..rather they will hire someone at best possible salary to proof I am still in the phase of learning...no management, no vision of growth..just old 45 plus people... looking for their own benefits and no learning at all.....Read More
