Pathetic management Micro management Toxic work culture Politics and biasness Minimal year-end hike and bonus In spite of taking multiple employees survey, nothing is actually heard and actioned. Daily overtime without pay (12-14 hours per day work) Most of the people in higher management only bluffs, if you raise any concerns you will get lots of false promises and eventually you yourself will become the victim of management's punishment. They talk about raising concerns by following proper hierarchy, but the message never goes beyond certain levels. No proper training handover of work. "You do it by yourself as you are taking salary" approach. Huge knowledge gap even in managerial level. They know nothing and only know to pass on the work pressure. No ethics and values. They layoffs people without any intimation. Laid off people who are performing well . Egoistic managers and management never inquires about employees concerns. To protect underperforming employee they sack performing employees also. Worst mentalities and culture is very bad especially with AVP and Vp roles in india for PE handling lux region is very bad. there is one guy called Shren k Shah who does not fit for nothing dictate terms like a dictator and expects respect from everyone with such behavior. Only like is get an offer from other companies and get retained for higher salary and again leave the organization after couple of months, employees using Apex to revise packages.

Overnight lay offs they don't even inform you about Layoffs, every year new policies according to their wish they create one policy. No proper training if someone come from different backgrounds need to struggle. Management is not good they will make their own policies according to their wish and no proper systems poor IT services all outdated applications being used mostly systems/applications are down outlook crashes very often they don't have permanent solutions. No work life balance. Management promotes log sitting. Month ends employees are working 13 hours in a day. No extar pay for overtime, extra sitting even in month ends which is more unethical. No appreciation for hard work from management.

I love the work culture at Apex. People here treat everyone equally and fairly. You get a lot to learn from people around you and the management will not limit you to anything specific. The top leaders encourage people to learn and skill up.

Dislikes

There are 2 things to be honest which I personally dislike. The Local HR policies. They can create constraints sometimes and they care little about employee satisfaction. The Bonus and appraisals can be a lot better as there is a pay disparity amongst peers which is disappointing.

There is absolutely nothing to like about working in APAC Legal team in Apex. Anyone who is reading this, please do not consider this as a hateful review and I am honestly recommending to not join the company as you would lose your confidence and would feel stuck.

The APAC senior management is racist. They never give you the work that they promise in the interview. They will fire you if you disagree with them. Extreme micromanagement. Extremely toxic work culture throughout the company.
