What I am not liked about this company the behavior of company owner towards their employees, their is no job security and career growth in this company, people are not getting their salary on time and many more thing are dere.

Generally speaking, my work is Handling production, making all record files like cutting sheets specifications sheets costing sheets, Handling sampling process and create new desiging garments.. Because I am a designer of this company.
