Nothing is good over there, specially the management which includes MD, HR and Project Managet. An foolish Md who dont have any knowledge how to run company, Am hr, he is not an hr he is just like a peon. No knowledge of hr, dont even know what hr do. And project manager, of he dont like any one then that person have no right to work over there. Lack knowledge and no experience. Don't even think to join this company....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
