Well, what to say. Highly inefficient and imbalanced. No work culture. Bad politics. Team leaders only favours their buttering employees. Negative atmosphere. Pay less and expect more from employees. Bad reputation amongst the clients and only works on C2C roles that too with small number of companies. No job security. No senior support or training for fresher's.
