There are two branches of Apcer. 1 in Delhi and another in Ahmedabad. All my team mates are doing wfh. Only the person in my teams to come to office is me. So I don't like it

Horrible place to work, one of the worst experience of my career. No professional behavior from senior management , they treat you as a cheap labour. HR is worst I have seen in my life.

The people are competitive and unprofessional. The managers take sides of their favourite. The upper management endorses favouritism and do not allow capable people to get promoted. The company pays peanuts and is running on the backs of new fresh out of college students from Delhi NCR. The HR team is close to non-existent.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
