Lot of things to dislike.. they have very very much expectations from employee, so that the employees has to give more than 10 hrs to his/her shift.. forcefully extension of shift. Earlier no night allowance was given to the employee for night shift. After a hard debate, they started giving.

Got exposure to many things since there was no streamline work. That helped my learning

Dislikes

Designation hired for was not assigned to you. Your growth and development is predetermined, with presumption of your initial days, no proper trainings. Bossy culture. Growth levels are not upto the mark, HR and Management sits together for exit meeting. Never ready for change for better culture. Some unethical practices

Work Details

If you want to destroy career, this is the prefect place. And if you want growth from first day start buttering.
