While Aparajitha Corporate Services offers a great work environment in many ways, there can be some challenges with the work-life balance. The workload sometimes feels overwhelming, and there might be long hours during peak periods. It would be great if there were more focus on employee well-being and better time management to reduce stress.
1. Lack of Support and Communication: The back office is extremely unresponsive, and it often takes over 15 days of follow-up just to receive a single response. HR is also difficult to reach, as calls and emails often go unanswered. The Zonal Head provides little to no support or guidance. Reports are demanded suddenly, and there isconstant pressure to submit data on time, without proper guidance or enough time to prepare the reports. There is also a lack of consistency, as different reports with conflicting data are requested at the same time, creating unnecessary confusion and stress. 2. Lack of Respect for Employees: HR behaves as if they are above everyone else and doesn’t engage in discussions with the upper management before making decisions. If an employee resigns, there is no support or acknowledgment of their efforts until they decide to leave the company. There is no consideration for their needs or concerns during the notice period, and the increment process is very slow, with very minimal raises. It feels like employees are only treated with respect when they are about to leave the organization. 3. Discriminatory Practices: One of the most disheartening aspects is the evident bias within the company. Employees from South India seem to receive better treatment, support, and facilities, while employees from Maharashtra, like myself, are treated unfairly. This imbalance creates a toxic and demotivating work environment, where employees feel unappreciated based on their regional background. 4. Request for Internal Audit: I would request the management to consider conducting an internal audit to evaluate the organization’s processes and culture. Before looking at others’ shortcomings, it’s essential to look at oneself and identify areas where improvement is needed. Self-reflection within the organization can help address many of these issues and improve the work environment for everyone. Overall, the management, HR processes, and communication within Aparajitha Corporate Services need significant improvement. No. 1 forjury company 420 Mr. Bernald his right hank Dheepika R and 420 Suresh A. Firstly they will give fake JD refuse to give written JD with HR signature. Secondly through hike they will cheat you to relieve from your current organization. Then after joining only they will show their real face. If you decide to resign 420 Bernald will not allow you to serve notice period and like begger he will ask you to pay 1 month gross salary.
