LIBERTY..... FLEXIBILITY.... Support from Senior Managers, colleagues & backend team... Introduction of new software/tools to smoothen & streamline the work process etc.. Good place to work.

Dislikes

There is no control on the misuse of Liberty provided to the employees. Old/experienced (in Aparajitha) employees take the new comers for granted, irrespective of the designation.

No. 1 forjury company 420 Mr. Bernald his right hank Dheepika R and 420 Suresh A. Firstly they will give fake JD refuse to give written JD with HR signature. Secondly through hike they will cheat you to relieve from your current organization. Then after joining only they will show their real face. If you decide to resign 420 Bernald will not allow you to serve notice period and like begger he will ask you to pay 1 month gross salary. Aparajitha will not be genuine with their Employees nor Clients. Almost each month Employees will be relieving and they will hire new Employees.
