It was good experience working as branch manager.

Dislikes

The franchisees are reluctant and they underperform which leads to bad performance of the managers. Unless, delivery becomes independent of the franchisees, company won't see growth in service quality.

There is nothing to like about working at this company. Inequality in the shifts of the employees like, two types of teams divided, one is for operations who actively interact with the shipments physically called as Operational Staff. Work is mostly done by these people when compared to the other shift team.

Dislikes

The most dislike thing in this working arena is the worst management decisions which appropriate for the working minds of the employees to get dislike the Jobs at the company. Another thing most dislike for any other men is the 12hrs duty policy, but according to The Company Act 2019, The standard working hours of a company is about8 or hours, if he works extra time to the company then the company must pay O.T., to that employee. I have only region some of senior add some of employee he is not working for company he is working only for buttering that's why i am leave 1 am given my 11 important year's to this company but currently some people change my viewpoint

Office Politics and the Culture of Boss Worship is the worst here, the more you do that more you grow in the organization. Some bosses leave the organisation and come back again because they are not able to abuse employees as they can in DTDC

On time salary…no extra pressure. Work life balance. Appreciation from seniors. Motivational behaviours from seniors.

Huge problem with skill development. Other facilities like TA(3rs /km) for Jm grade,food -400/day for office trip, medical facilities etc are very less!!
