The company product portfolio is excellent.

Top Management is not serious about middle level employees. They don't care about career of any new employees as without evaluation of some ones work they sack the employees within no time or in the same day. Sad part is HR has no power to stop such things and HR is also involved in such wrong practices.

I was taking care of Western Mumbai and Thane for both Water Heater and The water Purifier. I was responsible for chanel sales management, Team Management, Distributor Management and Dealer Management.
