1) 9 hours of working which is a lot. due to long working hours, job in this company causes inconvenience to employees living far from office. especially those employees who are living in other local railways lines. 2) no work from home options.

Work Culture, Management, Policies, Behavior of management staff, 90-day of salary hold at the time of resignation. You have to put you resignation when company wants not as per your need. You cannot expect the long-term service as they run the Internship-based model.
