Generative AI Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced generative AI models. This role focuses on leveraging machine learning and NLP expertise to create intelligent, client-focused solutions while enabling the extraction of valuable insights from unstructured data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generative AI Model Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models tailored to diverse client needs.
• Leverage expertise in Python, machine learning, data science, and statistics to deliver innovative AI solutions.

2. Conversational AI and NLP Solutions:

• Utilize NLP techniques, LangChain, and large language models (LLMs) to build custom chatbots and conversational AI systems.
• Develop language models and conversational solutions optimized for client-specific requirements.

3. Intelligent Data Extraction:

• Build systems to extract data intelligently from unstructured sources, such as documents, PDFs, and multimedia files.
• Apply advanced AI/ML models to preprocess, structure, and derive actionable insights from raw, unstructured data.

4. Collaboration and Solution Design:

• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced AI models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop tailored AI-driven solutions

5. Data Analysis and Decision-Making:

• Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and modelling to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Drive data-informed decision-making processes through AI-powered analytics and insights.

Qualifications:

• The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with NLP techniques, LLMs, and tools like LangChain.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, including GANs, transformers, and diffusion models.
• Expertise in extracting and processing data from unstructured sources, including document processing and OCR technologies.
• Background in data science and statistics with hands-on experience in data modelling and preprocessing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
