None of the branch is company owned. All branches are franchisee that too not governed by master franchisee. So they can shut branches overnight without paying salaries to staff and refunding money to members after that all members catch color of manager and sales staff only for refund who are starving for their salaries

It's a good place to work but company dont care for the employees very much in our country . We learnt very much n grew well but very standards of working also. Yes weak pay structure n no job security .. it's a 60 /100 percnt place to work
