I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The management is runned by some unprofessional persons. AF managements always wants to hire staff at a very low wage, preferably freshers. They don't value for experience. Mr Sudip Chanda the head of management is a very poor mentality person. He wants to kick all other old staff from the organization and will keep freshers at a lower rate and who will stay in his feets.
