Work-Life Balance: The Company personally doesn't care about that. Salary: They help just to survive but not as per skills or work. Promotions/ Appraisal: If only it's a promotional purpose. Both the Owners have a good mood with ego satisfaction. Job Security: Not a 1%. They have to be secure about their ego and personal grudges.
