The immense amount of pressure without giving the space to settle in the company. They will ask you to work on holidays or weekly off also. From the first day the team will start pressurising you for unacceptable targets with weekly basis. They won't give you even time to take the induction and know about the company. In 2 days of your joining they will immense amount of pressure and compare you with team members who are In the company since 1-2 years. They won't give you space to understand the profiles or anything and when you will leave the company they will call and talk shit about you and shout at you....Read More
