Senior manager are taking decision depending on there mood and ego and they don't care what it effects the employees

Few senior manager are treating employees as if we are slave at there house.No job security.If a manager is wrong and you point out then your are fired from job.No job security.Don't trust your senior managers.Groupzing is the biggest draw back in this organisation.Company is very good few managerial level people are wrost which effects overall growth of organization as well as employees
