Work culture: anudip being a foundation calls its selves a company. And expects employees to be working as a corporate, where in no benifits are given, be it the regional festival holidays. People in the organization are educated be lack the sense of professionalism. It's often seen mendeling of coworkers in eachothers personal life. Specifically speaking of work all the updates are given on WHATS APP, including all the sensitive student data is share to the higher up through what's app. Under the name of student development the courses provided are very negligible. And not performed for metropolitan cities. These courses are to be given in tier 2 or tier 3 cities. under cloud computing students were taught how to upload data on cloud. Highly manipulated data is provided to the management. Creativity and new ideas are not welcomed in the organization. Infrastructure: (don't expect the office that is shown on google or LinkedIn, its head office in Bengal) provided Infrastructure for the office workspace is not at all up to the mark. Not ventilated, in a poor infra, seating given for employees is plastic chair. Which leads to many problems for back. Lack of basic hygiene. Centers are not equipped with the appropriate facilities for the trainings. Student intake is more that they can occupie and are taken to partner centers for the sessions. HR hiring - the salary offered is very low. If you are looking for a company to have a relaxed environment to work this can be fine. But when you wish to switch you will be struggling with salaries. A soft skills trainer is provided 25,000 in hand, but it my range till 35000 depending on the project. HR gives false hopes when hiring the staff. Employees are hired on contract basis deferring from 3 months to a year. And these contracts don't get renewed soon and the organization still expects work from the employees. Job security - recently the organization has lost many projects hence lay offs of massive chunks have happened. There are very little fundings in Maharashtra. If there is any negative star, I would definitely give it to the organization. No work-life balance, promotions/appraisals are there if you butter your supervisor otherwise all of your efforts and contributions go in vein, no job security (your management will kick you out like a football whe re their need is over), also no skill development, job satisfaction is poor, and company culture is absolutely toxic</mark>....Read More
