I like a lot of things about my company. Firstly, I love the work I am doing. There are an end number of growth opportunities for someone who is passionate about training management. It is one of the best organizations to work with. In a few months, I have gained a lot of exposure and learned a lot.

Dislikes

Just the fact that we interact quite little.

Antwalk is an edu-tech company. Their primary focus is to upskill people and they do that for their employees as well. HR pushes the leadership team for employee benefits. The executive is very reasonable and understandable.

Dislikes

Due to the Work-from-home culture, the work-life balance is very hard to maintain. They have only 2 Saturdays off in a month and very limited gadget holidays. Due to fast pace start-up, sometimes employees have to work beyond their working hours to complete the tasks.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
