I am part of Project team and have been working here since initial days of the company. The company is progressing well and ensuring that the staff is also progressing along. The Management is very approachable to new ideas, suggestions and more importantly there is lot of freedom at work and good performance is well appreciated and compensated. It has been a good experience overcall working here.

Please check MD's (based at BKC) authenticity and reliability with people in the same line of business at Bhiwandi market. Also check with Ex Employees/people worked for him with him. Company has downsized completely, Major professionals left the company. Hope it shuts down soon like his previous startup so many people career will be saved. MD 's role is to micro manage and gossip. Kindly check his work history he has no business ethics and knowledge to run business. He is known for his unprofessionalism in entire Bhiwandi market. He humiliates every person who comes across. He has a past and present history of unprofessional conduct and behaviour. Strict no for this company. MD is a boss not a leader, he will treat you so bad. Please do proper check before exploring any opportunity. You will see every time new faces in respective departments. people come and go within a year and majority on a bad note....Read More

Company doesn't have office policy. Some of the employees have their own rules and regulations and since the company is new in the market, management is tolerating every nonsence by those employees in a fear that they will not get new one. Other good employees are leaving their jobs as management has no control over those bad employees. Absolute zero facility. In lockdown period, they made everyone to come to office at employee's own expense, those could not afford, were forced to travel by train illegally. Though there is separate toilet for ladies, it is used by all male staff. Heigine is never maintained in office as well as in washrooms. Company should hire a good HR....Read More
