I am part of Project team and have been working here since initial days of the company. The company is progressing well and ensuring that the staff is also progressing along. The Management is very approachable to new ideas, suggestions and more importantly there is lot of freedom at work and good performance is well appreciated and compensated. It has been a good experience overcall working here.

Company doesn't have office policy. Some of the employees have their own rules and regulations and since the company is new in the market, management is tolerating every nonsence by those employees in a fear that they will not get new one. Other good employees are leaving their jobs as management has no control over those bad employees. Absolute zero facility. In lockdown period, they made everyone to come to office at employee's own expense, those could not afford, were forced to travel by train illegally. Though there is separate toilet for ladies, it is used by all male staff. Heigine is never maintained in office as well as in washrooms. Company should hire a good HR....Read More

Job security is zero, companies culture is worst, its 3 yrs old company yet project has not started till date,companies doing unnecessary pay cuts and layoffs during covid and also holding salaries ,forcing employees to resign & also holding FNF of employees and changes policy frequently in this covid situation, no respect for employees .boss also has bad mouth for employees after thet resign/terminated, please stay jobless but donot join such an unprofessional company., very unprofessional approach....Read More
