Anthology is very good company with good atmosphere, company provides many benefits for employees.

Dislikes

There are many people who degrade new joiner and freshers from senior, Managers are very good technically and poor at co-operations with team members and does not have minimum patience to know about the work or effort you have done

It's a very good company if you are thinking of settling down with a good package in your mid-career. If you are looking for a routine job then this is a go-to company. Facilities are good there is free transportation, Cafetaria is available and there is an allowance card with benefits if you work in odd hours along with allowance.

Dislikes

Since it's a product-based company they are already firmly established and the product seems to be age-old with lots of features. There are people within the org. who oppose to new changes and innovation. They don't allow automation and always prefer more manual work.
