1) Unreal amount of favoritism towards TFI fellows with no specific justified reasons. 2) Designations at AF are nothing but a joke. Absolute no parity, in terms of experience, or skills. Being in the good books of the founder is a key thing to crack. Stubborn Founder + Inexperienced Jt. Directors and meaningless decisions to top itall. 3) Crazy to scale even if not being able to manage the current scope of work. No real impact on the ground. Students are still confused and directionless. 4) Year on Year same recurring issues in implementations. People made scapegoats and thrown under the bus.
