Everyone here is of a friendly nature, this creates a free atmosphere while working. I guess this is true across teams at Ansys! For me, the work-life balance is exceptional!

Ansys has a nice work life balance, in terms of regular work, vacation and holidays.Nice atmosphere for learning. I found colleagues to be friendly for help. There has been nice support from manager. Salary and perks are also good.
