The internship experience is good, but it falls short of being great. There are several good software options available, such as Redhawk SC, PowerArtist, Totem, and more. Additionally, I found the work culture enjoyable.
I understand that not having full-time opportunities after a one-year internship can be disappointing and discouraging. It is important to have career growth and stability after investing time and effort into an internship. My advice to the management is to implement a fair and strategic hiring process. It is not ideal that on-campus students are offered six-month internships followed by full-time positions, while off-campus students are left without opportunities after completing a one-year internship. There is not such good ethics company just put blindfolds on interns. Special at bangaluru office they are doesn't support diversity and inclusion towards interns. They have don't believe on their own training towards off campus hired interns.
Completely bads attitude towards self trained off campus interns and not providing them full time opportunity and time wasted. This things happened mostly at the bengaluru office. Even they done outside hiring but not providing internal intern opportunities. Hope they will improve and good luck bye.

Despite having a good number of software tools, the effort put in over the course of one year feels futile or not rewarding.

After investing one year of ourselves in training and performance, there is no positive outlook regarding full-time opportunities. The company has already hired someone from the B.Tech level with a 6-month internship and provided them with a full-time offer. It seems that M.Tech off-campus internships with one year of experience hold no importance or value.
My advice to the management is to engage in proper planning for a one-year internship and provide full-time opportunities to the interns, which would result in a better return on the company's investment.
