Its good experiance to work with Anshul. Its fast growing company in specialty chemicals and API intermediate.

Its common issues like other company too. Like leave

Work Details

Its geate filling that company give long term service award to employee who completed 20,25,30,35 years service in organization. Also organization give employees children who passed the 10,12, Diploma, Degree courses.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
