If you are a fresher you will get to learn a lot .at the same time they will impact the target from first day of joining. Pay salary on usually between 13 to 18 th day of month .incentives are sometimes that is just to show . Once you get the incentive (quarterly ) after getting the inc entive you have to stay in the organisation for 6 more months otherwise they will ask back for the money .notice period is 2 months .if you are a bad performer they will release you soon....Read More

ANRI has good client base associated with it. It hires for reputed industry and big 4 clients. Hiring for these big brands is quite challenging since we can't afford to compromise on quality of work. If one learns to hire for such challenging positions they can garner immense learning in the field of recruitment in future . ANRI has no proper infrastructure, no proper seating arrangement, no cafeteria, no electricity back up in case of power cut. The company has no proper appraisal system. The salary is not provided on time. At the time of interview they mention the salary will be rolled out between 10th to 15th of the month but it actually comes on 20t h or even after that. You cannot put down your papers in next 6 months if you claim your incentives earned for past performance. If the manager does not want you to leave the organization and if you still decide to serve notice period they threaten to give a negative feedback on reference check in the employees next job offer. The work pressure too high to stand. Mostly it affects employees mental and physical health adversely. There usually stretched working hours. They may even call on sundays as per company's requirement. Only 15 casual leaves in a year and no other holidays apart from holi, diwali, independence and republic day gazatted holidays. You can't avail your casual leaves also just like that. They need every minute detail as to why you want to take a leave and unless it sounds really important or critical it will be unapproved. one unapproved leave results in 2 day pay loss and 2 unapproved leave results in 4 day pay loss and so on. Politics and favoritism is a part of company's cultural setup. All employees are not treated equal and rules differ from employee to employee. ANRI has blocked access to salary slips on their HR portal which is usually very easily accessible in other companies, so that employees cannot look for better opportunity outside. The only good thing was the on-job training provided. I learned few computer skills like Excel and Outlook.

ANRI is a very dishonest company. In offer letter they wrote 24k as my salary but in actual I got only 16k. The office was on ground floor as well as on first floor but one time when some income tax officials came, half the employees were sent on leave and only the ground floor was shown to the officials as working. The first floor w as shut. ANRI has poor working environment, the manager, Rhiya Mathur was very rude, partial and treated her team with utter disrespect. She would act on her whims, cut half day salary of people whom she didn't like or had personal grudge against for being just few minutes late while she would easily spare the people she liked. A lot of office politics and partiality goes on. Salary was unsatisfactorily poor. For a 9 hours shift, Monday to Saturday job, I got only 16k. On top of that, we were asked to do over-time without any compensation but for being few minutes late, half day salary was easily cut. Some part of salary was always deducted without any valid explanation. There was no generator and we were forced to work in hot, humid condition when the electricity would go off....Read More

Growth is slow. Management is very poor. The work pressure is very high with no learning and no leadership. No benefits for the employee all policy's are in company favor.
