Dislikes

Work-life balance is terrible, Saturday is officially working but there is work on Sundays as well. Before and post-work hours there are calls and messages that employees need to attend to, and there is no lunch break.

There is nothing to like about the organisation

There is an entire list 1) salary never on time 2) no job security, you can be thrown out any day any time. 3) Behaviour of the Management, horrendous 4) unnecessary stress and misbehavior And the list goes on...

... to return your incentives recieved in last 6 months while leaving the company . If you are not going to return they wont provide you FNF certificate and also your salary . they overload you with work . they dont inform candidates about this policy when they join the company . Please do ask them about this policy . Majburi ka faiyda uthana koi inse sikhe . Kaam se nikalne ki dhamki dete hai yahan log . Salary 15th ko milti hai matlab 15 din late .

Only one good point is that There is some work life balance, they don't ask to you work for Sunday's.

Dislikes

There is no career growth, no compensation/benefits, Saturday is also working, very cruel incentive policy. A he'll lot of managerial issues and basically you cannot gain knowledge working here. They just care about how many resumes you have sourced, irrelevant of the fact whether you have understood the requirement or not. And lastly notice period is 60 days which is non negotiable.

If you are looking for money so salary is good but you have capable to fulfill the target.

Dislikes

Company space is not good and your job will not secure if you are not providing benefits to company they will release without giving any information.
