There is nothing to like about this company, I gave job security a 4 start because no one stays here so they are always under staff. If you are okay to hinder your growth it's a kind of govt job with 100% job security.

Everything, They use free software, this company doesn't even purchase an Excel license. Just from the last sentence, you may have got an idea what the level of work is done in this firm.

Teammates were supportive and believe in team work. Training was the worst part of ANR, there was not a single trained trainer. Job security was average overthere, they don't used to retain their employees. Salary or appraisal was totally based on your performance and yes if you did the good job then people used to get the good hike. Pick & drop transport was there. Politics is a part of any organisation, so it was nothing new. Learning was very good at that place. Due to the product based and being an small organisation, work pressure was there. There was nothing innovative, it was just the pre-developed software which we used to maintain and give the services. They used to take 6 days work from the new hired and there was 10hours shift and due to the business requirements they used to stretch the employee for couple of hours.
