- Location (near to metro station) - If you're starting your career in IPR industry as a fresher, then there's fine learning from the start. - If you're someone who can focus only on work & nothing other than the laptop screen, then you can survive here. - If you're lucky, you may find good people around you in your team that keeps you motivated towards work.

Dislikes

- Infrastructure. Too small washroom & Cafeteria. Actually there's no cafeteria, it's just a small room like pantry with a sink, a microwave & water cooler. That too in really bad condition. - Company policies. No leaves are allowed on the days of report delivery, and that happens every other day. So yeah, if you're taking a leave,be prepared to feel guilty about it, bcz there's gonna be a lot of emotional drama. - Everything related to HR. - No replies to mails in written, only believe in verbal communication for everything. From requirements of any document or other HR related work, you will have to mail them but they won't see that & then you'll have to inform them verbally; then too, they'll forget your work and you'll have to remind them again & again, like in a govt office. - Salary packages worst in the industry....Read More
