People are really friendly but in Business team its completely different.

Dislikes

Without notice period they can kick you out if you complain about manager or any old members behaviour No respect for LGBT person emotion. They use formal English in emails only to deal with client. But professionally they are hilarious. Saste nasha karke ayi hain kia .. these are the common words . Physically harassment are alsopretty common in this office. If you ignore. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
