Skill learning was good and the R&D was taking a good step ahead.

Dislikes

Used to work 75-80 hours a week even though promised not exceeding 50 hours. The directors were ridiculously strict about these work hours and used to pay overtime only for about 30-35 hours a month even though I was entitled for more than 100 hours. There was no work-life balance as used to get calls even in the middle of my off-time. Never discussed anything about notice period in written or in verbal, but I was asked to serve a notice period of 2 months when I gave my resignation<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Work Details

Prepare different batches of polyol, polyurethanes and perform various physical and chemical tests accordingly as well as to finalize the finished product. Drawing laminates and checking the bond strengths using UTM.
