You will not believe untill you're on the situation (I did the same) You will be like a daily wages coolie with out proper JD and such things. You may have to teach your immediate boss who would be half baked. Then he/she want you get out of the company to save their seat. There is no proper procedures and Polices for the process. Other than that they have a floating policy which will be used against the employees.
