Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Your Job is not secured. Any time they might ask you to walk away just like that. You will not believe untill you're on the situation (I did the same) You will be like a daily wages coolie with out proper JD and such things. You may have to teach your immediate boss who would be half baked. Then he/she want you get out of the company to save their seat. There is no proper procedures and Polices for the process. Other than that they have a floating policy which will be used against the employees. Every department works like a department'mental' Store and they will kick you out if any of the super boss didn't like you even if your work is good....Read More

Toxic culture, poor management and set of clowns sitting at the top management just to prove their superiority and zero value add. It was disheartening to see them spoiling careers of young talents across the organization.
