Omnicom Media Group being a big 4 brand I don't know how can they put up with something like annalect, but it's their one of their ad agencies. Worst politics.. Specially Ravi namboori and some directors worst management. Played favouritism and threw hardworking people. Ruined career of so many people. Hired in bulk just to show his numbers and fired in bulk without even thinking once. Haywire management and employee expirence team. No value. CTC is not employee friendly.
