Work culture, heads r terrible, too much interfere in those matters where they have zero knowledge, non cooperation from Lower to high staff, ego, rigid atmosphere developed by staff n heads. Progress of an individual is zero. Heads would never appreciate talent, hard work, loyalty, dedication it's only how much u butter heads they will support...if ur not like that then all politics to throw u out....Read More

Work Details

When I joined academic results was worst , students had no exposure to other acedamic activities. I introduced acedamic, social, career seminar, workshop, tours, visits for students which was not appreciated. Results from 40% went to 90% no appreciation

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
