Vary poor work culture.Directors are immature and childish behaviour. If you destroy your carrier pls join else keep distance.

Owner runs the business and that is the biggest problem and their behaviours to employee like servent and interfere on employee personal matter like to whom you talking,how many cigarette are consumed by you etc.Also they are watching through cctv and chase to employee.

If you will joining to Anmol Industries, specially to Logistics department, this is your blunder mistake of your whole life because here no Knowledge to management of Logistics and one chamcha available in Logistics department which have no Knowledge of Logistics and no Knowledge about communication.
