Work culture, manpower attrition rate is very high, people are not interested to stay due to poor management and cheap work culture. Work-life balance is zero after joining the team. They're doing partiality among employees based on their native place. Salary I'm getting is very lesser than what they've discussed after the HR round,I got played in this case as I joined here as fresher. There's no transportation and/or allocation facilities provided for female employees. The management keeps on torturing employees mentally it is so disturbing.
