The main problem about Anmol Industries is the pay scale. Compared to other Industries Anmol gives less salary to staff as well as labour so the job satisfaction of people is less.

Being a production executive (shift Incharge) work is a bit hectic but at the same time exciting with new challenges coming up from time to time.
