I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Everything I hate, there is no proper safety kit like gloves, mask. Foods are limited and it also worst. In quality control department the person in higher level and close to managers are in safe zone but the lower level employees suffers more by continuing shifts without OT, we'll not get any favour inside the QC. I strongly regretting for choosing this company.
