The work culture for site people is horrible, there is less skill development, you need to do and learn at the same time keeping the deadline in the mind which should not be missed, there is no work life balance everyday is a working day, even on Sunday's they won't leave you

Yeah there are lots of things, no proper professionalism. No proper induction. No correct authority to talk. It's kind of projects working and you won't clearly understand how the organisation is divided in employee.

Good work environment and culture. Team bonding very nice and the management is very strong. Company policies are good , appraisal are fair and the give good salary hike .

There is a lot of politics . salary is decent but career growth is normal.

The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as three was no formal training session . I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Average work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is not transparent. Company policies are poor, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
