I liked POLITICS at Anion. I liked fights between seniors at ANION. I also liked to work for a 21 year old company which not give PAY SLIPS. EMPLOYEES LOVE TO WORK FOR MORE THAN 10 HOURS THEY DO NOT LIKE LEAVING THE COMPANY. SENIORS ARE SO MUCH HARD WORKING AND KIND HEARTED PEOPLE.THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR TEAM members very well. In fact, ALL SENIORS AT ANION ARE GREAT WHO ALWAYS THINK OF GROWING THE COMPANY EVEN IN THEIR SLEEP. Recently, few members are removed from PAyers process. The company is open to innovation and we get many opportunities to proove ourselves. This has been a wonderful place to work with. My team lead and Manager were very supportive. I felt bad to leave the comany as I got relocated to out of hyderabad. Comapny has Friendly atmosphere, decent work floor and comfortable work shifts especially for Female employees. Best company I have ever worked.

Only thing which I didn't like is this comapny doesn't have re-hiring policy for exit employees.

Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals, unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
