a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

I have been in this company from last 1.5 yrs. come to work culture, work premise is good all the employees are cooperative and respectful will feel pressure free and healthy work life balance. Need to revise some leave balance policy. my opinion would be its good if providing compensation for accumulated leaves at the year end instead of lapsing. company has to bear renewal charges for CPC logins of employees, hence every coding organization is doing the same.

I liked POLITICS at Anion. I liked fights between seniors at ANION. I also liked to work for a 21 year old company which not give PAY SLIPS. EMPLOYEES LOVE TO WORK FOR MORE THAN 10 HOURS THEY DO NOT LIKE LEAVING THE COMPANY. SENIORS ARE SO MUCH HARD WORKING AND KIND HEARTED PEOPLE.THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR TEAM members very well. In fact, ALL SENIORS AT ANION ARE GREAT WHO ALWAYS THINK OF GROWING THE COMPANY EVEN IN THEIR SLEEP. Recently, few members are removed from PAyers process. The company is open to innovation and we get many opportunities to proove ourselves. This has been a wonderful place to work with. My team lead and Manager were very supportive. I felt bad to leave the comany as I got relocated to out of hyderabad. Comapny has Friendly atmosphere, decent work floor and comfortable work shifts especially for Female employees.
