In warangal office we have faced many problems with teammates, selfishness employees are here, no one is correct person in warangal office, no time sense and no one have work interest, they all are worst candidates in here..some people maintane group politics, I have terminated by them, fake reasons created on me, no job guarantee in warangal office, I have worked excellent in my job role and I got JATL position also, but some people created romurs on me and put an email to headoffice, they were no tried to enquiry for that mail, they were taking action immediately and terminated me....Read More

Here is another ex-employee who joined as a Fresher at Anion (Warangal location) and in just 4 years he was promoted as Junior Team Lead based on his good work performance. Here you can understand that our company recognizes the good work and provides career growth to the hardworking employees. But unfortunately because of this employee's misconduct towards a few female employees, the company has to terminate him. Our company's core values are the code of conduct and the code of ethics (which are shared with all employees through our orientation and training programs and also mentioned in the policy book).
