Management still seems to be confused. No processes, No SOPs, worst place for tele callers to work, no job security, inefficient HR department, company who is always hiring is always firing, No warehousing as they buy it from some shop and then deliver it to the customers, salaries hold, company itself doesn't know what they want to do. Opening and closing of sites and hiring and firing is a normal practice. No support from upper management, abusive management, toxic work culture, no week offs , no health policy.
