Lot of changes after rebranding to Angel One like 1. start development randomly without crude requirements and then keep on reworking on same when requirements are getting documented 2. Long working hours consistently resulting in no work-life balance 3. Politics and favouritism

Only thing that I don't like about Angel one is that there is pressure on employees to force customers into making trades solely for the purpose of generating brokerage. This practice is not only unethical but also puts undue stress on both employees and customers. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly to ensure a fair and transparent working environment.
