The enviroment is very good the management of company is comfortable. Teammates are very supportive. There is huge cafeteria and gameing arcade for chilling. And equality texting and small small presents it's all good to be work there. Company policies are goof, appraisals are fqir and the salary hike and bonus every year. Overall working Experience is too good

Dislikes

Nothing about the company. But it's very far to go home to office.

Work Details

Good Experience very interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning there was separate training session to guide.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
